Had 4 tires, brakes, alignment done in Feb at this location. On Sunday the car started making noise, brought it into the dealership and found out I had 2 blown wheel bearings and the car was severely out of alignment. The dealership replaced the bearings but I came back to this location for the alignment, rotation and balancing. Turns out several of the lugs were stripped including the wheel locks ( this had to have been a result of the Feb work). I was advised that everyone who worked there in Feb was gone and it was a whole new crew. The new folks were courteous and knocked a few bucks off the alignment and told me a regional manager would call me, but so far nothing. My trust in you has been greatly lowered. I have not written any negative reviews yet but I'm planning to as the small savings is not worth the Jiffy Lube type randomness. I spent two days running around trying to get everything fixed. After spending 2200 dollars in Feb I thought everything was good. I have all the paperwork on the work in Feb and to the dealership this week. Open to talking about this.....

Our travel trailer blew a tire during the heatwave just before the July 4th weekend started and the team at Munro got us back on the road as quickly as possible.
