I needed an emergency tow on Father's Day and was relieved to find this shop open. William, who was working that day, was very kind and even though they don't even work on hybrids, had the mechanic run the diagnostic test on my Prius. The results weren't good and I ended up having to leave it there for a full week while I made arrangements to donate it. This was all more complicated because I live in NH. They didn't charge me for a thing. Brandon was very generous and understanding when I spoke to him on the phone the next day and explained it all to him, including the delayed pickup. I spent a lot of time in their waiting room that first day and although I did not get my car serviced there, I met several others who were happy customers. The new manager Brandon had big shoes to fill and really stepped up! Excellent service, efficient and courteous. Followup on what could have been an issue (but wasn't) was exemplary.
