I especially want to highlight the store manager, Brandon Valenti From the very beginning he was professional, honest, and genuinely interested in helping. He diagnosed the issue with my vehicle clearly and accurately, explained everything patiently, and ? most importantly ? offered to speak directly with the previous company?s corporate office (Valvoline) to support my case. That level of commitment and customer support is rare. It?s clear he manages his store very well: the service is organized, the staff is attentive, and Brandon is always available and willing to resolve problems.
