One of the worse experiences I?ve ever had. Steve at the desk was very rude and unprofessional. I made an appointment 3 days in advance and had to leave work early for the appointment, when I got there, Steve told me that I need to leave my car with them for 3 hours for an oil change. When I told him this is unheard of. (3 hours for an oil change) he started complaining that he doesn?t like Groupon and wishes his superiors get rid of it and recommended that I should cancel my coupon. He also told me how the management keep overbooking appointments for the same time. Will never head that way or recommend this place to anyone, especially people who use Groupon thinking they got a deal.....

rude people?don?t repair your car here 10/17/23, I have replaced the battery and got the 24 months warranty here. 7/15/24 I have filled the synthetic oil and did the wheel alignment here Last night, I got the warning sign saying that low battery. 7/23/24, I took it back to this place and ran thru a whole inspection. It shows that my battery is closing to the end of the useful life. And wheel alignment requires technical recommendations. I asked the manager about the possible reasons why a new battery shows it is closed to the end of the useful life and the alignment. The manager refused to tell me why and only told me that it means the battery is defective and the mechanic didn?t know that I have done the alignment here. ( this sounds ridiculous here, how can they don?t know if I have done all things here with the record.) I wondered if it?s because they only charged my old battery up instead of replacing it on 10/23 or if there is any issues with my car since he kept saying that he can?t tell me why it happened. The manager then told me that you are not welcomed here immediately even I am just asking him about mine reasonable assumption and the explanation according to the report. The managers here showed rude attitude towards customers and clearly bad management over his employees. Yell out the customer without further explanation and buck-passing without taking the accountability, I suggest everyone find better shops for your car maintenance and save yourself some trouble.....
