Excellent experience at Monro Auto Service on Endicott Street in Danvers. I especially want to highlight the store manager, Brandon Valenti From the very beginning he was professional, honest, and genuinely interested in helping. He diagnosed the issue with my vehicle clearly and accurately, explained everything patiently, and ? most importantly ? offered to speak directly with the previous company?s corporate office (Valvoline) to support my case. That level of commitment and customer support is rare. It?s clear he manages his store very well: the service is organized, the staff is attentive, and Brandon is always available and willing to resolve problems. Got an insane attitude from Williams upon trying to make an appointment that he told me to ask for Mike for the last time I was in there, stating ?Mike isn?t the manager? and immediately tried to book the appointment when I was in the middle of explaining what I needed done to the vehicle and when I said that wasn?t the only thing I needed it looked at for he hung up on me. Have been looking for a trusted repair shop to stick with and have not had any luck.....
