VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend them if you want your vehicle fixed the proper way. 3 YEARS ago my sister went to them to get her catalytic converter fixed. Which cost 1k ..Her check engine light went off for about 2 days and then came back on so she called Monroe back & they told her to come back. Their excuse was a screw was lose. The light went off and then came back on the very next day! My sister then took her car to montrose auto shop where they informed her that the catalytic converter that was on her vehicle did not fit her vehicle and it was an old one. Not even new! ?? meanwhile my sister had asked them if she could buy the parts and them just fix it. They told her no because they get their parts brand new! They don?t use off market parts! The mechanic at montrose wrote a note for the mechanic at Monroe letting them know his findings. Meanwhile my sister had to pay 80 just to get the diagnostic testing done. My sister took the note to Monroe and they said they?d call her. They never called her! She called them several times and the front desk lady finally answered got smart and hung up on her. My sister had to pay 1500 to get her car fixed by montrose. She then went and filed a lawsuit against Monroe & they never showed up! The judge ordered in my sisters favor , since then she?s never received anything. It?s been 3 years! Moral of the story is they are horrible , and unprofessional. To take her money & not hold themselves accountable for their mistakes just proves how people will take advantage & use their greed and power to steal from others. God will handle them accordingly.....
