I was shopping for 4 new tires for my 2022 Ford Bronco. I decided to go to Monro in Beaver Falls for my purchase. I scheduled an online appointment for Saturday September 12th 2026. The prior day (Friday) I physically stopped by Monro to make sure that they had (4) Ironman tires in stock. The young man working behind the counter (Zack) confirmed that they did in fact have all (4) tires in stock. I asked the young man if I could drop my Bronco off while I was there (Friday). He said, ?Yes,? and got my information along with my phone number and said that the total price for tires, alignment, etc. would be $865.26 and it would be ready on Saturday 9/12 around noon or thereafter. So I paid a $500 deposit on the Ironman tires and left my Bronco there. The next day when I went to pick up my Bronco I noticed that it had (4) Nexen tires on it instead of the Ironman tires. I immediately brought this to Zack?s attention and he told me that they only had (2) Ironman tires in stock and that he couldn?t order any because it was Saturday. He appeared to be in a hurry to get me out the door. He said, that the Nexen tires were a better tire and that he gave me a discount. I paid my balance of $382.90 and he sent me on my way. However, I am very unhappy with the service that I was provided and unhappy with the tires that Zack took it upon himself to put on my Bronco. He had my phone number in the system and never even gave me a courtesy call to discuss with me if I wanted different tires. If I had wanted the cheaper Nexen tires on my vehicle I would have shopped at Walmart and gotten the same tires for a lesser price. Also, he stated that he gave me a discount, but it actually cost me $882.90 I know that?s only a difference of $17 and some change, but the point is don?t tell me that you gave me a discount when you didn?t. And don?t put tires on a customer?s vehicle without checking with the customer beforehand. I plan on talking with management on Monday to see how they can resolve this issue.....
