Responsibly Scheduled in advance online for a Saturday 7:30am inspection- We get there to drop off and are not greeted for a while, but we see the client before us had a catastrophic tire blowout, so we try to be patient. After approx 20 minutes, we are told there is no one there to do the inspection, but they could possibly get to it on Sunday. We ask what time- he rescheduled us for 3pm. We aren?t happy, but it needs done, so we go back Sunday. As we walk in, the attendant at the desk sees us walk through the door, but calls another customer right in front of us and does not greet us. We wait at least 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement. Finally there is a pause in the call and she runs to the back and ignores us. I try to be kind and let her know we just need to drop off. She says she?s in the middle of a hundred things and she just gets right back on the call. We wait several more minutes -probably another 10 or more to be fair?through a call reviewing several questions involving tires. Finally, after more than 20-30 minutes for a drop off, we are greeted. We are told we aren?t on the appointments that day and ask if it could be Monday. No. It?s today at 3pm. Confused looks. Asks for our information. She tells us the inspection guy is very overbooked and they can?t get to it until TUESDAY. (This is Sunday). We explain we were there the day before and ask if appointments mean anything there and why they didn?t cancel or reschedule us. All we got was sorry- she let us walk out. Did not do anything to help whatsoever. I don?t like writing bad reviews, but clearly this business scheduled appointments multiple days -and clearly another review here had the exact same experience about appts here being lies- so the appts just don?t exist ?and they did not care that we left. This left me driving a car on a holiday weekend with cops everywhere because I scheduled two appointments once online and once with the store manager that meant nothing. At a minimum, they need to check the next day?s schedule and call clients they won?t be able to service to reschedule them instead of treating them as an inconvenience and acting surprised when they?re there then blaming the online system. ?Lying liars and the lies they tell? part 2 My girlfriend needed to have her car inspected, so I called the place and the only available appointment next day was at 7:30am on 9/5 as this was a holiday weekend and not too many places are open then. So we proceed to arrive at 7:30am on Saturday to having a customer yapping at the poor customer rep at the store for a good 30 mins before being finally greeted. We came to find out that they did not have an inspection person that day and would have to come in tomorrow. So the appointment was rescheduled to 3:00pm on Sunday 9/6. So fast forward to the second take at the appointment, we show up and the front desk attendant calls a customer 30 seconds after we walked in for the appointment and we?re not greeted until 20 mins later. After they were done talking to the customer, then we were finally greeted. The front desk attendant finds the appointment and then proceeds to go talk to the GM. They came back in to the front only to tell us the person doing the state inspections is so busy they cannot get to the car today. Frustrated I noted then if the shop is so busy, why did they have the appointment and let alone why did they not call me prior to arriving to say that the shop is backed up. I went out of my way to make the appointment work and had to move around family plans for the weekend in order to make it to the appointment. Will not be coming back here again as shop could not prioritize their customers first and foremost and failed to live up to their scheduled appointments. Customers beware of the ?lying liars and the lies they tell? as this is apparently not the first time this has happened at this shop.
