Terrible shop to deal with. Scams is what they are. Broke a part on my truck while performing the work I was paying to have done. I was willing to pay for the part which was a $75 part but not only did they charge me the $75 they marked it up 241% to $253. Complete scam how you going to break something and even charge the customer to begin with? Wasn?t it issue when I turned my vehicle over in your possession. But that?s here nor there I was willing to pay for the part they broke but it?s pretty shady to put a mark up on that part. If the part was broke to begin with and needed to be replaced fine that?s on me I?ll eat their cost. However the part was fully functional with nothing wrong when I dropped off. These are the shops that give shops a bad name. Bunch of hack job scams. Then you call corporate and they?re even worse. Want me to get a quote from another shop on how much it would cost to fix the part they broke so they can compare. Another shop didn?t break it for one and for two I?m fine paying for the cost of the part just not your mark up. Edit? at owner I have already called the corporate office the guest services department I spoke with after calling and getting hung up on multiple times was a worse experience then the retail location. Pretty much told me to screw myself. Would be nice to get a contact to be able to reach someone that matters within the company. When I asked to speak to a manager when speaking to guest services they hung up on me.....

Their staff in young and inexperienced. One incident in specific. A young man told me i needed to replace a part on my car that itndidnt even have. Just terrible
