In June I bought 4 tires. Paid over $1000. My front tire has a bubble on the side. Took it in and the warranty only covers the tread. Not quite 3 months old. I have not hit or run over anything. They tell me it happens sometimes with the heat. My question is how do the tires survive in Arizona? Obviously a defect of some sort. To change out that one tire over 400 dollars. While they were checking out the front tire I got a price quote for front brakes and rotors which I was quoted $734.55 . When they refused to work with me on a tire that was less than 3 months old I said I'll pay someone else twice that before I'll spend it here. I went to Butler Tire and they replaced the tire with an equivalent for a total of $173.00 so while there I got the price quote for front brakes and rotars. Quoted less than $450.00. I will use Buter Tire and Auto services for everything now. How can a tire only last 3 months? Defects are probably rare however it does happen. Butler Tire told me that they would have replaced it as defects do happen. I asked Butler Tire to check the tire to see if possibly I could have done something without knowing. They stayed there was no evidence of damage to the tire. I am furious with Monroe but I atleast found a place worthy of the business.....

This place was great. I was traveling and had my jeep tires rotation done before I left. The tires needed to balanced but the local jeep dealership was to busy (nice). I called your shop and they got me right in and balanced all four tires for under $40. Dollars. The Employees Were all very nice. Thanks guys your the best
