The guy who worked on my car is great he seems like a great dude. I?m giving it two stars though because on my drive home I noticed it seemed rushed, sealant that is sticking out on the inside, and I was charged an OBSURD amount for a job that seemed perfunctory. I originally got quoted close to $1700 for a windshield replacement and calibration I told them I only wanted the windshield replacement and calibration and I got questioned about my wipers with them telling me my wipers would damage my new windshield they also tried upselling without telling me until I asked why it was so expensive. My new price was $1042 and some change. I used a coupon I got over the phone after trying to call to speak to someone (never got to speak to a real person it just hung up on me) after using the coupon it was $1019 and some change so im like okay cool. Dude took about an hour to complete my windshield, didn?t let my windshield set for the recommend hour or leave the tape on it to hold the windshield (I got a text to take it off and nothing was there) mind you I got quoted saying it was going to take close to three hours if not more to complete, my Apple car play now refuses to work I looked it up and the first thing it said was the calibration isn?t done correctly, I wasn?t able to get the calibration report which the guy did show me pictures that it was done so that?s nice but I needed the report for the dealership since the car is a lease. Overall my experience with the dude was good again he seemed pretty chill and like a cool dude but the job just wasn?t done right and I had to pay an OUTRAGEOUS for something perfunctory.....
