I am usually very understanding when things come up, but after multiple issues with scheduling here, I?m extremely frustrated. I called this past Thursday to schedule an oil change and was given an appointment for that same day at 1:30. I?ve had issues in the past where appointments made through the call center apparently don?t match up with the actual location?s schedule, so unfortunately I was already half expecting there to be a problem. Sure enough, I was already in the parking lot when I received a call saying they couldn?t fit me in. I let that go and rescheduled for Sunday. I rearranged my entire schedule and coordinated a ride so I could drop my car off. When I arrived, I was told that everyone had called in and they wouldn?t be able to do my car today. I understand that staffing issues happen and people call in sick, but what I do not understand is why nobody bothered to call me before I drove there. They had my phone number and my appointment information. At this point, this is beyond a one-time inconvenience. There is clearly an ongoing issue with communication and scheduling. Customers shouldn?t be able to make appointments through your own call center that the location can?t honor, and they certainly shouldn?t show up for a scheduled appointment only to find out it was never going to happen when a simple phone call could have saved them the trip. I am usually very forgiving about things like this, but wasting my time twice in a matter of a few days is completely ridiculous and incredibly frustrating.....

We had some strange noises coming from our truck while driving on the highway. Being 6 hours from our destination, not being from around here, and having our young daughter with us, we were desperate to get it checked out asap. They got us in first thing the next morning, checked it over, and got us back on our way. Mike was so kind to us and we appreciate his help so much. If we're ever in the area again and need anything, we'd definitely go back!....
