I will never take my car anywhere else....the above and beyond service I received from Ashley, Chody, and Brandon was absolutely remarkable...their customer service is beyond anything I've ever seen and their prices extraordinarily reasonable!!! The people who work for u and their customer service is KEY...and those three are a superb team!!

They failed my inspection because they claimed I had a broken spring in the back and that my front left tire had a loose connection to the cv joint. Gave me an estimate over $800. Took my car to a Valvoline for a second opinion and they passed me with no issues. Never really had a good experience at a Monro.
