I went to Valvoline for an overdue oil change, and shortly after, my car had a squeaky noise on startup. Which I had noticed before and in low gears driving. the tech explained that it was likely the serpentine belt needing lubrication. Even though they couldn?t offer that service there. Thanks to that explanation and recommendation, I took the car to my local shop, where it turned out to be a quick, no-charge fix. I appreciated the honesty and education from the staff, which ultimately helped resolve another issue. Overall, a helpful experience and good customer service. And the online coupons are a great value!....

The on line and call center bookings over load the location. The manager is left with more business than mechanics.
