If I could vote zero stars I would. The manager Justin has ZERO capabilities to be running a shop. I lost count how many times he lied to me while my car was there for 7 days. No work got done to my vehicle AT ALLL. He just wanted to play the blame game with the warranty company but not actually do anything about it. While I was there there were people that were waiting over 6 hours for inspection and oil change, so it?s not just me. This will be going to the regional manager to be investigated....Read More

I tried to have my car inspected here today. I spoke with what appeared to be an remote answering service (despite calling the local 518 #) that scheduled my appointment. It was 1:45 p.m., and they told me they had openings at 2:30, 3:00, and 3:30. I chose the 3:30 appointment with the understanding that if I arrived a little early?and no one had booked an earlier slot?I could likely get in and out without an issue. I arrived just after 3:00, checked in, and explained the situation. I was met with little more than a grunt from the employee at the counter. I only learned his name, Justin, because I overheard him while he was on the phone. Over the next 45 minutes, not a single new customer came or went. During the last 10 minutes, one of the mechanics was simply standing inside. At that point, I asked the mechanic if they were too busy and offered to come back later. He just shrugged. The ironic part is that the vehicle I needed inspected was a one-year-old electric car. The inspection would have taken no more than 10 minutes?probably closer to five. I understand that state inspections aren't big money-makers for service shops, but they're a service you choose to offer. The frustrating part is that when I arrived at 3:00, no one told me it would be at least a 50-minute wait. Either Justin had no idea what was going on, or he simply didn't care. From a customer's perspective, the result is the same: your time doesn't matter. If you have all day and don't mind waiting far longer than the actual service takes, this may be the place for you. If you'd rather not spend time navigating an automated scheduling system, provide all of your information over the phone, then repeat the same information at the shop only to wait 10 times longer than the inspection itself, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. The worst part is that there's a Midas next door. I stopped in there at 3:50 and asked if they could inspect my car. The manager apologized and said his inspection technician had just left for the day. leaves around. He even commented that it was too bad because if i would've been there 45 minutes early he would have done it on the spot as the inspection would have taken only five minutes.
