I had an appointment on Sunday for an oil change. I was there At 10:20 for a 10:30 appointment, parked and walked in to a sign on the door, ?Sorry, no techs today, sorry for the inconvenience?. I patiently waited with the girl behind the counter to finish with a customer. I simply wanted to reschedule my oil change appointment. She was apologetic, and rescheduled me for the following day, Monday, at 2:30 pm. I arrived Monday at 2:15 for the appointment, for which I was told that it would be a few hours before they were able to get my car in. I stated that I didn?t have a few hours to wait, asked if I should again, reschedule. I was told, let me see what I can do?can you wait an hour? I said yes. I walked to price chopper across the street, did my grocery shopping, walked back?my car hadn?t moved. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, my car stilll hadn?t moved. I finally asked for my keys back, I just couldn?t wait any longer. Appointments are made for reason! I?m not sure that I would ever return to such a chaotic branch, again!....

I scheduled an appointment and was asked to leave my car for the day. I made arrangements to do so. I got no call or information throughout the day. At 4pm I called and was told they would call me back. At 5pm I finally learned that they would not/could not fix my coolant leak but that ?it would be fine? and they filled it. I picked my car up at 7pm. The next morning at 7pm I was stranded on the side of the road with my car overheating while my kids were in the car. Terrible service. Terrible communication. Awful experience. Could not have been worse!....
