He charged me $35 to mount and balance each tire, but then would not put them on the car because he said he only had two workers and they were booked up. He wouldn?t even give me a time any other day that he could do it he just couldn?t do it! Thank you for the response. After this message, I did call the number provided and followed the instructions given, including selecting the option I was directed to. Unfortunately, this did not result in the issue being resolved. Instead, I spent most of the morning on the phone without meaningful assistance. I?m sharing this so others understand that while outreach was made, the problem was not actually addressed. To clarify, after this response I called the number provided four times. Three calls were disconnected. On the fourth call, the representative contacted the shop and ultimately told me that I ?did not pay to have the tires put on the car.? I was also told that I could obtain an estimate from another shop for a lower price and mail it in. This did not resolve the issue and required a significant amount of time on the phone.
