I called to set an an appointment on Monday May 11th at 5pm. to get an oil change and an alignment. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they just received my appointment with the call center and they did not have anyone there to do the work. I made the appointment the next day same time. No issues- until I left and my car still pulled to the right. I was going to go back but the guy who worked on my car left right before me. I scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 5. I was called the the store stating the tech had an emergency and had to leave asked if I could do it today- Thursday at 5. I agreed to that. NOT 2 minutes later they called and said the guy who does alignments is off tomorrow meaning Thursday. At that Point I said I am going to go to the Monroe. I said I have never had bad customer service from this location and I will never come back here again. He apologized and said that he would make a phone call to the Monroe on Onondaga Boulevard in Syracuse. I called this morning just to verify that I had an appointment. Explained that the gentleman from the Syracuse location was going to call to verify the appointment. When I called. And asked if they had an appointment for me they said no. I explained that that Syracuse location was supposed to call them to verify they had an appointment and he Not know anything about it. I am so disgusted with this whole process from the call center to the East Syracuse location that I am seriously thinking of going to another garage after this.
