Monro installed a starter on my car in August 2025. By April 2026 the starter was failing and needed to be replaced. They told me it was covered by warranty but when I arrived to pick it up they charged $375 for labor saying only the part was under warranty. I wasn?t told about having to pay for labor until this point.

First of all I can't tell you how happy I am what does service receive from Justin Schreiner. He was kind courteous explain everything to me period and for my safety I ended up getting two tires per his recommendation. It might I add he was here on the Sunday before Christmas by himself. He went above and beyond the store was clean he was friendly and he was Grace Under Pressure. He will be the reason I go back. 1/4/2026 UPDATE went again today. JUSTIN ALONE again today but was as pleasant and knowledgeable as ever . Would like the DM to get ahold of me . This shop is running well because of JUSTIN. 2nd time there and same great service 5 stars again. UPDATE yet another successful visit I needed a starter for my car everything went quite well Justin is absolutely amazing I met the new mechanic that's their name Chet he was also fabulous this took place April 2026 I am very happy with the service I received there the price was more than fair and I'm extremely happy with everything and especially the customer service and I haven't walked in there in 3 months and Justin knew who I was right away so I really appreciate the Personal Touch definitely will be going back so glad Justin is able to have some help in that shop because he was a one man machine every time I had gone in before and everything was always done perfectly courteously same as now. This is far away one of the better shops I've been to in the area....
