Another perfect experience at this Monro location across from Delmonico's on Central Avenue. Ryan is the new manager, two big thumbs up for him. I did not have an appointment but I stopped in to make one for tomorrow & did mention that I had some extra time so Ryan took my car in, his mechanic did an inspection, oil change, & lube job in less than an hour, car is running great. I didn't catch the mechanic's name but he was also excellent and he & Ryan gave me a written report on a couple of future things the car will need.....

I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service I experience with this company. Honesty and integrity are extremely important to me, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect either. Approximately 2 weeks ago, I spoke with an employee regarding an issue with my windshield wiper. He explained that he would need to assess the area under the hood to address the problem and quoted me approximately 400 for the repair. When I followed up and discuss the price with him again, he denied ever spoken with me about the repair or the quoted price. I found this extremely concerning and unprofessional. I understand that the company may be short-staffed, with only two employees currently working, but staffing issues should not result in customers being overcharged for labor or receiving inconsistent information about pricing. Customers deserve honesty communication, transparent pricing, and professional treatment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would have difficulties recommended this company to others.
