The only reason I went back to monro was because it was a Saturday and they were the only place open to do an oil change and I was desperate! It was a pleasant surprise to see that the old manager no longer worked there. As he was the reason myself and a few others that I know of stopped going.. The new manager was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Once the oil change was completed I received a print out of things the mechanic noticed needed attention without being harassed into spending more money than I had to.....Read More

They got us right in for an oil change and inspection when nobody else could be bothered... fast, reasonably priced, and everyone we interacted with was professional and nice.. even with my toddler in tow. Ive been to other Monroe's that I didnt particularly care for, but this one was great! We will definitley come back .

James and his crew are fantastic mechanics. There punctual and honest with what’s wrong with your vehicle. They also go out of their way to make sure they find the problem and fix it. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop these days that treat you with respect and honesty. James and his crew have integrity, merit, and honesty with how they run their shop. Went in there on a Monday morning. Shop manager got me in real quick and had one of his mechanics change out my blown low beam light very quickly.
