zero stars worst customer service my family and i have ever received. My sister had her car towed to this location due to her serpentine belt breaking, in hopes to have it fixed the following day. My dad knows vehicles and had purchased the parts needed to repair her vehicle, both a serpentine belt and tensioner pulley, the store manager running the shop that day informed us after repairs were done that the tensioner pulley was not needed as there was a different component that caused the failure, he also pointed out other things with the vehicle which we appreciate. He then proceeded to say he was helping us out with pricing, and told my sister that it was going to be 375.84 after tax for installing just the serpentine belt, i wasn't paying to close attention as i was trying to find their labor rate and where it was posted. she had already paid them by the time i realized that installing just a serpentine belt that we provided was almost 400 dollars, This store will take advantage of you and everyone you know. being in the same field i asked if he knew what the labor hours it was to install the belt, he says oh i don't know just charged you 2 hours because that's how long it took. The manager pulled out the shop tablet to pull up the labor time and got distracted by a phone call and handed me the tablet so we could find the labor rate, its only took me about 20 seconds to find the labor time to perform repairs was 0.8 hours on her vehicle. we requested a refund right there in the moment after verifying labor time, he said we had to contact the corporate office to have a refund processed. Here i am 3 weeks later finally getting somewhere cause they need to call the store to verify the invoice they printed and wanted documentation from a competitor that it could have been cheaper. let me not get into the nitty gritty of waiting 30+minutes on hold if not longer each time i called them. Feel like I'm getting the run around every time that i call. Let me be clear to you the consumer, THIS STORE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR SOMEONE WHO DOESNT WORK ON VEHICLES, OR DOESNT DO REASERCH ON LABOR TIMES. 3 weeks later and i keep getting the run around that i didn't send the right documents DONT GO HERE, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Nice people. Took me right away. Came in for an oil and filter change. They asked me if I wanted them to discard a part that was hanging in the front of my vehicle. I told them do not remove it because it is the anchor for my front grill that I had to remove an order To open the hood. When I got home that part was gone and another piece of the assembly was broken. I also asked if they could add some grease to a couple of the grease fittings that are in the front of the car while they were changing the oil and filter. The manager told me they do not have a grease gun. What automotive center does not have a grease gun? Been a customer there for many years and have lived through the ups and downs of those who managed the place. But this one I cannot let go since a part was discarded that I specifically asked them not to when they asked me if I wanted them to. I also do not like calling a remote call center to make an appointment. While that process worked This time, there's no way to reach the actual station itself. Therefore I could not even call about the part that was missing that I told them not to remove I will not be back.....Read More
