Got tires off tire rack, choose monro in hanover to see if they could be a long term shop as i just moved here. driver side rear tire had nail/slow leak so i ordered two new tires. Asked the two new tires be put on the front, throw out the bad tire on the drivers side rear, and put the best tread remaining of the 3 tires on the back. Went to pick up the car after first service was done and new tires were on the rear. thats fine, i'm too busy to even find time to get tires fixed but not exactly what i wanted. Next morning the front drivers side tire was flat, they had moved the bad tire up front instead of disposing it. Thought people make mistakes but it was inconvenient to bring the car back. So the second time now they put the new tires up front which i asked for again, and they said they had the old tires from the day before still at the shop so i said to get rid of the bad tire and put on any of my 3 used tires on the back. Next morning, had a flat tire. They had for a third time moved the bad tire instead of disposing it. It was beyond infuriating so I had my wife bring it back and they replaced the tire with a random tire from the shop that isnt even the same brand of tire i have and looks like it has 3/32 tread. So I have to go back three times to have a simple service done then you put a random tire that isn't even mine on my car, is that how Monro does business? This is unacceptable from a business perspective and I have no idea where the tire came from that was put on and how do I even know its safe. The only good thing about the visits was the person up front Colin who was very nice through everything. 0/10 experience would not recommend to my worst enemy....

oil change in Hanover Your new manager is exceptional, goes above and beyond expectations and customer service ,even though they were swamped my car was done in a professional and timely manner with a welcoming smile and appreciation for my business. Best experience I have had here and i have been a long time customer.
