Normally, I am extremely pleased with this place. I loved when Alex was there and the other crew but right now I?m not sure what happened yesterday.. I called and asked somebody if they handled gasket valve cover leaks and they told me they did. The price would be between 400 and $800 depending upon the amount and time of work so I dropped it off .. I also mentioned that my front end seemed a little shaky and could they check it out.. instead I get a call back that it ?could? be my sway bar. They don?t do the oil leaks and I need rear brakes. Number 1 I don?t need rear brakes. I?ve just had them replaced, number 2 the ?sway bar.? OK I don?t have a problem with that but when you say you ?think? it will fix the problem that doesn?t help me ..it either fixes the problem or it doesn?t. Stupid Me went ahead and spent $410 for them to repair the sway bar and then be charged a $36 disposal fee which I?ve never been charged in my life there. I?m not sure what?s going on there but it?s not the same place it was. I?m really looking for that $36 to be refunded to me. I?m very good customer. My whole family goes there. I hate to start having to rethink where I?m taking my car when that?s always been the place. I?ve gone to. I was pretty disappointed i?d appreciate a refund on that $36!....
