I called to make an appointment on Tuesday November 5 and ask how much would they charge for just checking a loud noise coming from the wheels of my van he said it's free... I arrived early around 9:00am There was a guy there he said you have to wait a little bit. I said I made an appointment how much could I wait.. I said ok customers continue coming into the store all of a sudden a person comes into the store 2 hours after I've been waiting he left the car in the parking lot , all of a sudden he says Sienna and I said finally he says there's two Sienna's in here and I tried explain the sound of a car again he says that it's going to cost me $95 to check the car and I said that I call on Tuesday and the person says that it was going to be free he said that he had to go by what the other guy said so it was going to be free but he was making me wait so then I noticed that the mechanic when to get the car of the guy that he just left the car in the parking lot and I said to the guy he came after me I have been waiting for 3 hours He said the mechanic only does tires he didn't know if I need tires, he didn't know if I need a part or something when you are mechanic you are a mechanic anyway I said to the guy to give me the keys because I couldn't wait until they close the store he probably wanted me to wait 4 or 5... Maybe because I'm Hispanic or because the job was going to be free I don't know for certain but when I was there I noticed that white people were pretty good treated and there were black people that were not treated very good at all I also noticed that prices for white people wear less than prices for black people were more I stay there for 3 hours I heard a lot of conversations... Anyway I end up going to another place then they told me that wheel bearings and a good set of tires so I spent like $2,000 really well spent that I could have a spent and your store you lost a customer... I used to do my oil changes there... that was my experience and that is what I am sharing that's why I'm giving them one star.... I actually have a good mechanic and coming soon I will be passing Flyers around He does everything Transmissions engines breaks all kinds of suspensions you name it and it's just a fraction of what you spend there buy your own parts and he will install them....
