Brake pads and rotors were installed, while there was a bad caliber, and a brakes needed replacement after 13,000 miles. Mechanic should have told me my caliper needed replacement before he installed new brakes. So I had to spend another $700 dollars on new brakes after one year of driving.

2 hrs 15 minutes for a tire rotation!!! Completely unacceptable!! I had a 10am appointment for tire rotation. They recommended balance also, and took the car into the bay by 10:05. After 45 mins, my car had 3 tires still off. After 1hr 15 mins, still 3 tires off and they told me 10 more minutes. After 1hr 50mins I was ready to blow a gasket. The lead guy at the desk finally got off his f*n phone and went to help. They had a new employee, a young woman in school for automotive working in my vehicle. Come on. I'm all for women in automotive industry, and it's great that they are giving her a job. But a customer should not have to wait more than 2 hrs for a 30 minute job. If it's taking that long, the supervisor or trainer needs to step in and help. They were not swamped with customers. There was only 1 other car getting an oil change. In fact, a lady came in on a tow truck with a flat tire a hour after I had been there, and they replaced hers with a brand new tire before mine was finished. And then the lead guy hid in the back and didn't come out to apologize, Coward made someone else ring me out. 2hr 15 mins total. Very dissatisfied. At least they got the poor lady with the flat in and out quickly.....
