The day of my appointment for an oil change there was only one mechanic on duty because of a 'call out'. Customers were backed up and my oil change took two hours. Sal the manager did his best to facilitate, but my tires didn't get rotated. Sal offered to have me come back the next day, but my schedule wouldn't permit as I was leaving for vacation. I'm supposed to return after vacation to have the tires rotated. Sal and the mechanic, who's name escapes me, did the best they could under difficult circumstances.....

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. But? it was VERY difficult to schedule the appointment and get prices. I called the number on the website several times and left messages but no one called back. Then I scheduled an appointment online, but they said that the hours of the shop were different than the ones posted online. (But once I arrived, the technicians were friendly and did a great job.)....
