I had a really great experience at Monro Auto Service Center in Southington thanks to Everett, aka ?E?. I came in with a leaking tire, and even though the tire specialist had just left for the day, he stepped in right away and took the time to help me himself. Instead of just rushing me through, he came out to the parking lot and started diagnosing the issue immediately. He checked the valve stem first, then brought the car in for a closer look. Once the tire was off, he quickly found the problem.. a screw near the sidewall.. and clearly explained why it couldn?t be safely repaired. I really appreciated how straightforward and informative he was. What stood out most was his honesty and willingness to help. He walked me through my options, explained what would make the most sense long-term, and made sure I understood everything without any pressure. He got my spare on and made sure I was safe to get back on the road. It?s not often you come across someone who genuinely seems to care more about helping you than just making a sale. If you go here, ask for E. He?s knowledgeable, professional, and just a genuinely good person. Hard to find that kind of service these days.....
