Just go for tires ?? they did my oil last time n my drain plug was STUCK I tried sending it back to them just for my car to sit but a lil YouTube and patience and that bih came off on my own plus I saw them back a contractors car into a customers car the other day ??so b careful lol ??

I dropped my daughter's vehicle off do to a load clunking sound on the passenger front. They informed me that they were a little busy and will try to get it in when they can. I was contacted the next day and informed that it was a broken coil spring and struts need to be replaced. I said go ahead and also add oil change and a flat repair. We picked up the vehicle on Sunday and it was worse than it was before, but on the driver's side now. We immediately brought it back in we didn't even make it a block. They said they would get it in to check on it. I received a call from them and they said it was a defective strut and they would have to replace it. The manager called me and said don't worry it's ok and it's safe to drive and that I could pick up the vehicle until the strut came in. I was furious in regards to this matter to let my daughter drive this vehicle in this condition. I left the vehicle there until we came to get it on Tuesday and as we drove off it still has the same noise and problem with the vehicle. I have yet to contact them back due to the way I was treated and disrespected when I was in the store. On top off that when they supposedly did the repairs . I looked under the hood and the cowl pins are missing and there are to bolts missing on the struts themselves. They also gave me the flat repair back and said that the bead sealer wouldn't hold on the rim for the tire. They never put any bead sealer on the tire or even attempted to fix it. Basically lied to me right to my face. I'm not even sure if the oil change was even done!!! All the work I had done on the vehicle supposedly, I get a receipt saying it's misc service !!! What the hell does that mean. I paid about 900.00 and it shows basically no record of me having any type of work done. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. I was a store manager for several years in an automotive repair center and I do understand how to work on cars . I would have done the repairs myself but am not able to do so anymore do to medical situations that I have. I think I should get a complete refund on the services that were rederd on my daughter's vehicle. My daughter is so scared about the car and even going back to that place. I took me awhile to do this survey do to the fact I have been so upset in regards to this matter. Invoice number 313927 Thomas King....
