One of the worst experiences of my life. Been back 7 times. I needed a code to go off, that was the root of the problem. After that 7 times, the code is on again and I have wasted time, gas, money, sanity, and had 2 weeks of headaches due to to a carbon monoxide leak they caused. The customer service for Monro seems to be an intentional stalling tactic. I have been ignored and hung up on. They refuse to talk about a refund and keep directing me to other people. At this point, we will be taking them to court and I think it is pretty clear from admissions on their own paperwork and lack of attempts to contact us back that they have been negligent. I have no concerns that I will get the money back. But the way I have to do it is ridiculous. Never, never go here. Their mechanics are not up to the task, the managers are not up to the task, the customer service is not even real.....

Michael is a highly competent front desk manager and mechanic. He recommended to me a cheaper part that saved me money off of my repair. He is professional and makes sure to educate the consumer about the repairs that need to be made and what is essential for the safety of your car. Highly recommend!
