brought my car here to get brakes done. Drop my car off at 11 AM. Got it back at 3 PM. Went to go pick up my sister from school realized my brakes were sinking. I called them and said hey my brakes are sinking this isn?t normal for my car. They told me to bring it back. They then had my car from 4 to 8 PM. Gave me a call and They said we sort of fixed your brakes. You can come and get your car when I walk inside to get the keys for my car the lady kristal the white lady at the front desk tells me to be careful with driving with the kids in the car as I pull out onto North Road I realize I do not have any working brakes what so ever my pedals all the way to the floor I smashed it down multiple times and it wouldn?t stop my vehicle. I then hopped out of my car and walked back inside and said this is ridiculous. I came here and brought my car back for it to be fixed and that is not what has happened she looked at me in my face and told me all I can tell you is to have a nice day. later on in the week I brought my car to a different mechanic that mechanic told me the people at Mr. tires auto Service Center, First brought the wrong brakes for my car. Second, put my brakes on backwards and third forgot to open my calibrators when doing My brake and rotor replacement that?s why I didn?t have any working breaks please for your safety. Do not bring your car here!!!! they were willing to send me off in a vehicle. They knew didn?t have brakes with two children in my backseat. they also broke my car sensors and tried to charge me to pay for new ones when I didn?t need a replacement because they weren?t broken when I brought my car in they broke them trying to change my brakes and rotors....
