They only have one machine to do AC and scheduler, not staff at garage scheduled both of us at the same time as waiting on car. Took them several hours as they had to use UV dye. It's nice and cold now can't complain there. I got 65,000 mile tires, at $175 each, there 9 months and 9,000 miles ago that are 50% worn. They could not understand why I was upset at less than 25% of the life of the tire being present, I expect atleast 75% as the tire companies seem to lie like rugs about that. Don't sell bad tires, you won't have irate former customers. ??....

Went for an appointment at 230 truck didn?t get pulled in till 3. No big deal there truck was on lift for probably 20 mins decided to walk around see what was going on . Walk over and they are just starting to drain the oil this is around 320. Guy drains oil I watch him take the oil filter off then go over to get stuff to clean oil off of stuff cause the poor design of a ram. The guy in the lobby area left for about 20 mins decided. When he came back he said they are wrapping yours up now had to wipe som oil off stuff. That was the first part that irritated me cause don?t make excuses cause your guys are out there talking. Then I ask the guy they did rotate the tires right he said yeah pretty sure. So the guy pulls the truck around says I?m all set. I asked if he rotated th tires he said no your better tires are on the front . I asked what does that have to do with anything it is a rwd truck no shit the front tires would be better. The front tires was starting to wear in the inside was the whole reason I wanted them rotated. He did end up rotating them but not even the correct way. He moved them front to back. Anyhow long story short I would take my business somewhere else. Took 2hrs 30mins for a oil change.....
