I made an appointment for 1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday, dropped my car off on time, and then heard absolutely nothing all day. Right before closing, I finally called to check on it, only to be told they never got to my car. What's the point of making an appointment if you aren't going to honor it? Even worse, if they knew they weren't going to get to it, why didn't anyone call me so I could pick it up before the end of the day? Instead, I had to chase them down just to find out what was going on. They rescheduled me for two days later. I arrived at the exact same time, and the same thing happened again. They kept my car all day with no updates. About an hour before closing, I called because no one had contacted me, and I was told my car was still being inspected but would be finished before closing. This was after my car had been there for five hours?for a simple inspection. Closing time came and went, and I still hadn't received a call. I had to call them again, and only then was I told my car was finally ready, after the shop was supposed to be closed. When I picked it up, the staff acted like I was the inconvenience for calling to get updates on my own vehicle. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The lack of communication, the complete disregard for appointment times, and the attitude of the staff were unacceptable. Monro should be embarrassed that this is how they treat customers. Since you're asking for a survey, here's my honest feedback: I will never return to this location, and I will be sharing this experience with friends, family, and anyone looking for a place to service their vehicle. If there were an option to give fewer than one star, I would.....
