UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I WENT BACK OVER THE WEEKEND AND THEY REPLACED MY GLOVEBOX AT NO CHARGE SO THEY DID END UP MAKING IT RIGHT IN THE END. HOWEVER, IT?S STILL IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH CUSTOMERS. IN THE END, ID GIVE THEM A 3 STAR BECAUSE THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT. I recently bought a vehicle that I?ve had less than a month. Took in my vehicle because my heater was sounding a little loud. They diagnosed the issue as some critter making a nest-ok cool-gave me a new filter and I was on my way. They oddly mentioned before I left that I had a broken bracket in my glovebox that could have been also making the noise. When I got home and opened my glovebox the damn thing was falling apart and hanging on by a thread. I just bought my car and inspected it from top to bottom. Glove box opened and closed without any issues and there was no indication it was ever broke. They broke it and then lied to me and told me it was a preexisting condition. Beware of this place. They tried to take advantage of me. I would have been less mad if they would have been honest and said ?hey, sorry it broke when we were fixing things, let us fix it for you? but instead they lied and sent me on my way.....
