Took my car to the Warminster location on a Saturday to get an alternator replaced, I called on Monday was told they were working on it, it should be done by the end of the day...it's now 6:30 they close at 7pm no phone call, I call them unfortunately we didn't finish we will have it done tomorrow...I didn't bother to call because they said they would have it done but it's now 6:30 again with no communication, called them and it's not finished. My father goes to the place on Wednesday afternoon and was told Tires and Oil changes take priority and they haven't even taken my old alternator out yet..when my dad questioned the man behind the counter he was rude and told him to leave the store. We contacted corporate, they said they would call us back to give us an update after they spoke to the mechanic, we received no such phone call..I called them again on Thursday and they said they tried calling to tell me my car was ready but couldn't reach anyone, I had no missed call or voicemail. Im from out of town I live in Scranton, I had to miss 3 days of work, was not very happy with all the money I lost...would have like to have been told they weren't equipped to do the job from the start and would have taken it else where, very disappointed and would not recommend this place for even the smallest repair....

Made my appointment to have tires installed. Brand new pirellis. Came to the shop only for the guy to hesitate and tell me I need to buy the tires from them. Even though making my appointment on the phone I was told that I can bring my own brand new tires. If you don't want to work say that then.
