Had work done a couple years ago regarding an ignition coil that required a return trip because it wasn't all the way repaired. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, a similar issue crept up. Upon making the appointment, I was assured that it wouldn't be like the last time, and then I should bring it in because they would do a better job and at a better cost than Piazza Honda. In fact, I was told that cars are sent to them from Piazza when they can't figure things out, which I eventually found out from the mechanic at Piazza isn't even true. After a few days and no resolution, I was told they were short staffed and that I should hang with them because they'll get to the bottom of it. A week and over $2,000 later, I was told that it was mostly fixed, however cylinder 3 was still not firing the right way when cold and then I should bring it in to Piazza so that they can see if they can find anything and that there are recalls that might fix it. The very next morning on the way to bringing my son to work, my truck lit up like a tree, Monroe told me to bring it in again to check for possible computer issues. Piazza told me to get the original injectors put on as they already sensed that they had a solution and that their warranty would fix it. They had it fixed in 24 hours and told me that I had ignition coils unnecessarily replaced, a minute the recall regarding a fuel injector costing $0 fixed it. I followed up with Lee and told him that I trusted them and wanted to avoid this very situation from the start. Monroe ended up doing work that I didn't need and give me parts that I didn't need. I asked about what could be done to which Lee absolved himself, accusing me in Honda doing extra work in those 24 hours to magically fix the problem, absolutely ridiculous. I expressed that humility goes a long way with me, he reiterated that I must have known that there was another issue when I had initially called and asked if I should go right to Honda, again, absolutely ridiculous. I am dissatisfied, and feel taken advantage of, being out over two grand right before the holidays. They would have kept my business, my wife's car, and the recommendations that I have made at work had they been up front about not knowing what they were doing, being short-staffed, and letting me know about my injector recalls sooner.....Read More

Staff was very helpful but I dropped car off on Saturday morning. Was told it would be inspected between 1-6 pm. Didn?t receive a call Saturday. Called in Sunday morning to f/u and was told 1-1.5 hours. It was several hours before I got a call.
