I came in to get my state inspection done. Nothing major showed up except for my battery, which they replaced and an oil change (which they forgot to do and I had to bring my car back a few days later and still cost me $170). Since then I have had nothing but problems. It started to smell like something was burning or kind fume like. I thought maybe they spilled some oil since there were no other issues, until the smoke started. It started out small and then got worse. Turns out the oil cap wasn't put back on properly and was leaking. After fixing this ourselves, the issue persisted, so I took my car back for the third time. When I tried to drop it off at 5:30 the last 2 employees essentially made a break for it, despite me having an appointment and them being open until 7:00. So I go back in the morning to see what can be done. I pick up my car that afternoon, they say they found NOTHING and the car isn't smoking....... Since then my car is now sputtering while driving and I have to find somewhere else to take my car. I don't know what these dipsticks did to my car but I will absolutely never go here again. Shame since it's location is wildly convenient for me.....

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I had a 7:30 AM appointment and when I arrived, no one was here. Called customer service and they connected me to another location who reached out to the store manager, and they advised me that he was on the way. At 8 AM he arrives with no apology looking at me like I?m the problem. When I scheduled the appointment, I let them know that I was going to wait for my car. Never once did they tell me that there was a line of cars in front of me. I would have waited, but because I was treated so horribly, I ended up, leaving, emotional and taking my car to my dealership. Horrible customer service, and horrible first experience.....
