I called on Wed.27th and made an appointment for Thurssay 28th at 7:30 ( window 7:30-11:30). Inspection and repairs to what they found wrong with shaking front end. I had not heard from anyone by 3 pm on Thursday, so l called. The car hadn't even been looked at yet. Stopped by at 6 and it had still not been looked at. Talked to Wayne who was new. Said to call and speak to Patrick 1st thing in the morning. I did that. Patrick said they were bringing it in Asap.... at noon it had still not been looked at. Finally got a call around 4 with all the stuff that was wrong that would need fixed.... knowing it would not be done on Friday, Patrick guaranteed it would be 1st car looked at Sat and that they were pulling it into the dock Friday night so it would be 1st! I drove by the place Sat at 10:30 and the car was still sitting in the same place. I called Patrick and asked about my car and his reply was they were working on it right now! When confronted with the truth, he said they were bringing it in right now. When l called back at 5, they were still working on it. Know the place closed at 6, l drove over and saw my car still not done with all 4 wheels off!!! Extremely upset, it was Wayne who had to deal with me. I was told about another 45 minutes..... over an hour and a half later, l get a call at 8:20 that my car was done!!!! I don't blame Wayne. New guy doing his best.... but to be lied to by Patrick was unprofessional to say the least. They knocked of a $100. ... that was it. HAD MY CAR FOR 3 FULL DAYS... didn't even look at it the 1st day. Lied to. Changed all my plans along with my daughter (her car) and her mother because we had to make arrangements for my daughter to get to work and wait around for this car. I have never seen such poor service and lack of care or responsibility in my life.....

I was left waiting for four days for an oil change and inspection which I was told would be done the morning I dropped it off. Then when it?s done the tires are unbalanced and making an awful noise. I come to find 3 of the lug nuts are only hand tight. Then I noticed that the oil change sticker was not changed and when I check the oil it?s was not new. I was charged for it and it was not done. This is unacceptable that any shop would let me drive off knowing they just stole money from me. I tried to call the shop and they would not pick up and the customer service person I talked to had no idea what todo so she hung up on me.You lost a customer today and every person that asks for a recommendation.....
