Not a good store. Got car inspected at this place and they gave me a an inspection sticker with no inspection month. The guy Aaron at first seemed helpful. He told me they no longer had an inspector at the store and could not do inspections or affix an inspection month to the sticker that only had the years 18/19 on them. He wanted me to give him time to see when they could get an inspector. I asked how long would that take. He wasn’t sure. And he couldn’t give me a refund because they gave me a sticker already (even though it was invalid because it had no inspection month on it). He didn’t want to get his higher ups involved because he said his store couldn’t afford anymore trouble (paraphrasing). I was willing to give him until the following Thursday otherwise I was going to his corporate about the issue. I then realized I couldn’t wait because if I got pulled over without valid stickerage I would get in trouble. So I called back explained that I couldn’t wait because of the previously mentioned and that I would like to have another monro fix the problem if possible. He was okay with that until I asked him to call the store and explain the situation rather than me just show up. He didn’t wan to do that and then got an attitude and told me to call corporate. I asked for the number and he told me you should already have it in a rude tone. So that just what I did. I only found out I was driving around illegally after my windshield had broke and needed to be replaced. I was not aware (being an average individual who trust service professionals to do their job as I have no knowledge of their job) that after a windshield is broke you are not legally allowed to peel a sticker off and affix it to the new window. I called corporate and explained to them the situation. The lady Diane helped me out. At first I was irritated with her because it seemed as if they were so fixated on the fact that the windshield was broke and the sticker was void. Had their been appropriate inspection stickers on my car from the get go I would have no issue paying for replacement stickers. But my issue was the fact that they never gave me the appropriate inspection stickers in the first place!!! But after talking more with her she called her district manager and they made it right. The monro in North Huntingdon helped me out. The company paid for the replacement sticker. While I am more than likely never to set foot back in another monro nor recommend them to anyone. The monro employees in North Huntingdon were awesome and I really appreciate them and Diane from customer service for helping me out. I just hope the monro I. Mt.Pleasants summit ridge plaza can get their act together. 5 stars for North Huntingdon monro and Diane at CS. 3 stars for overall unnecessary bad experience.....Read More

We were traveling from VA to PA pulling a utility trailer and upon arrival heard serious noises from the back of vehicle. It was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and having grown up in the area could find no one we knew to look at it. We needed to make the return trip to VA because Grandkids needed to return to school on Monday. Thank goodness for Byron Burton and G. Gemas, Jr. They saved the day by professionally getting us fixed up and back on the road. I observed the entire crew of guys in the shop and I was impressed with them all. HUGE Thank you to Aaron and team for helping with my car on the Saturday before Easter. Unfortunately, they had to keep my car until Monday night and the price was outrageous for parts. However, I know the guys were busy and did everything they could to help- with NO B.S. They showed me the problem, and fixed it accordingly. I'm very pleased with the service. My only critic for them is that they need a new computer system (for faster customer service) and possibly more helping hands because they were so busy, one guy had to come in on his day off.
