I wished there was a way to select no or negative stars for this review. I took my Honda Civic to them to fix an issue with the car starting. They diagnosed and recommended that I replace the battery and the alternator. Day 2 and 3, no updates from the store. When I called them to check, I was told that its ready. I pick up the car in the evening and drove barely 5 miles before it stopped again. Day 4 I called customer service and they booked an emergency roadside assistance to tow the car back to the shop (towing charged to me) and an emergency towing service that arrived after 6 hours. Day 5 , again no updates. When I called I was told they didnt get a chance to look at it yet. Same again on Day 6. Day 7,, they finally called and said it was actually the starter that was problematic, and now I had to pay for the starter replacement as well. Overall, unprofessional customer service, technician lacking expertise in diagnosis, and unapologetic about their carelessness. Given what i had to pay in the entire episode, I feel cheated. Wont go back to this store ever again, and would recommend everyone to stay away, if.you dont want to get cheated.....
