July 2026 Update Had our vehicle in to be evaluated for an issue we ultimately needed the dealer to handle, but Eric was great with providing detail around his thoughts on the problem and understanding of why it had to go to the dealer. We?ll continue to choose Monroe for our automotive needs. October 2025 Update Still a great shop, Luis in addition to Johnny is great as well. Fair pricing and quick turnaround. Thanks! April 2025 update Johnny and team are still the best! Friendly, informative, quick and competitively priced. Check these guys out for your automotive needs! November 2024 - Spoke with store manager John on the phone about getting a tire plugged. Only local shop to pick up the phone and have immediate availability, so they were an obvious choice. After stopping in when he said to (couple hours later), the staff was friendly, quick and good to talk to. John explained the plugging process and also talked to me about our impending tire replacement needs to pass PA state inspection. Will be coming back to this shop for our vehicle needs as long as John?s around! Give these guys a chance!....
