AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD!!!! About a year ago I went here for new rotors. The desk person claimed he could turn them and I wouldn't need to get new ones. I agreed. A month later I took my van back for an inspection. Was told my rotors wouldn't pass and I needed new ones. I told the desk guy he just turned them last month, why didn't he just get me new rotors then? Then he said they were close but they will pass this year but I would need new rotors the next inspection. So was he trying to rip me off or did he just pass a vehicle that shouldn't have been passed? Now it's a saftey thing. After my regular garage closed down, I needed an oil change in my wife's car. This place was the only place open other than a 3 hour wait at Walmart. The desk person said he was there as new management and most of the staff were being changed out. After I explained to him the above event, he gave a free oil change and apologized for the previous incident. I figured I would give them a second try. Took my RAM in recently for an inspection. After it was gone over I was presented with a $2300+ bill to get it back into regulation. While sitting in their waiting area I got to hear what people were being told. When I was told I need all the same things done to my vehicle as the others did, something seemed a bit fishy. I did not get my truck inspected that day. I called another garage and took it there for an inspection. Truck passed with no issues and for only $75! I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. Fool me once...........
