Never let your wife or children go here. Quick story of last Sunday, 7/26/26. Made the appointment over the phone. Took all vehicle information and was quoted $57.99. When I arrived the fella started speaking poorly about Walmart, then said that's why you can get an oil change for $60 there. I said I was quoted $57.99 here at Monroe. He says, that's ONLY for the oil. Doesn't include labor, etc. I simply said I can't pay much more than that. Not even calling out the obvious wrongs. He then spent 10 minutes at the computer, looked up at me, and told he didn't have a listing for my oil. He didn't have my oil and couldn't do the oil change. I said you don't have 5w-30 full synthetic? He said, we just ran out. I just left. Literally, the most common oil type. He intended to take me for more money. When he found that wasn't possible, he lied and said they didn't have oil. Wonder how many people didn't know better and have been taken advantage of?....

Flex pipe needed replaced on my explorer. I told them to make sure they called before doing the work so I could understand cost and what they wanted to do. I was assured they would call first. They always call first so they don?t get any surprises?. I got a call when the work was completed. Had I know the price I would have got the work done back home in Ohio. Felt robbed and they basically just told me sorry but you need to pay. Poor customer service to say the least. Less than a year later their repair has failed. I now have to take it to another shop to have it repaired the right way?....
