Front desk staff, Pam, is fantastic. She always greets everyone with a smile and works her hardest! I?ve been here twice and both my experiences have been great. First time my battery died and Pam got me in right away and got it replaced. She was also able to take payment over the phone and let me grab my car after hours since I work late. Second time I came in my ignition starter was giving me issues when I was getting ready to leave work for the night. I called and I was able to drop my car off and have it worked on the next day. They not only were able to replace the electrical component of my ignition starter, they also did diagnostics and did an oil change (which I was over due for). Over the next few days I noticed my backup camera was not working - thinking it may have had something to do with the work I just got done I called. Pam was able to get me in asap and have the mechanics look at it. Turns out my camera fuse just blew and they replaced it for free! Thank you again staff at Monro - I will be back.....
