EDIT/UPDATE: I got an oil change and tire rotation 11/1 at this location and nearly had a wheel off within 250 miles. My wife and I could've had a serious accident. It ruined our plans and we had to turn around due to the violent wobbling (newer Miatas don't come with a lug wrench it turns out) and missed out on Thanksgiving dinner with our family. I took it to the dealership and EVERY LUG on EVERY wheel was outside of torque spec according the dealership technician. A couple on both front wheels could be removed with my bare hands. Luckily, the dealership discovered no permanent damage to the wheels, lugs, suspension, etc. Your techs incompetence could've costed us our lives. I will never return to this location. Original post: T and Dakota were incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with. They're those rare types of people that are clearly passionate about their work. They got my car inspected fast. I forgot some paperwork and they were super patient and accommodating. I will absolutely be back again, and I can't recommend them enough. Best experience I've had with an auto service business.....
