You should check the oil every few hundred miles, or every other time you fill your gas tank. Consult your owner’s manual for the position of the oil dipstick and engine oil filler opening. The best time to check the oil is when your engine is warm and on level ground. Turn off the vehicle and wait a few minutes. Then pull out the dipstick, wipe it clean with a rag, and reinsert it. Push it all the way in. Pull out the dipstick, again. It will have either two notches or an indent to show the oil level. It’s best to keep the oil level at or near the top mark. If the oil is between the two marks, you may add oil. Below the bottom mark, add oil. At or above the top mark, do not add oil. Too much oil in your engine can actually cause problems. If you’re low, add oil a little at a time (no more than half a quart to a quart), then re-check. Replace the dipstick before you close the hood. It’s a good idea to keep at least one quart of oil in your garage and one in your trunk. The oil specifications for your make and model are in your owner’s manual. Or, stop by one of our stores. We would be happy to check your oil and top it off for free.

I recently purchased a set of 4 tires from this place. And I will never go back. Within 100 miles of driving my rear passenger tire popped off the bead. It literally put my life in danger. Not because I lost control of the car, but because I was stranded in a construction zone and could barley pull off of the road on the expressway. I know it came off the bead because it was inflated and held air. But in pulling off to the side I picked something up in the front passenger tire. It was viewed as a road hazard and therefore no covered. I had to buy 2 more new tires. Upon complaining to the store on monroe where I got them, I was told a district manager would contact me. Thats been 2 weeks. It took over 2 hours to change the tires, thats it... no alignment, no brakes, no nothing. The technician was an older black gentleman that didnt instill confidence in the first place. I am paralyzed chest down, so when my tire popped off the bead in a 60 mph construction zone on the expressway with no safe place to pull over... I was literally stuck in the car worrying about getting hit by other drivers. Its not the fact yall made me buy 2 new tires for yalls lack of ability to make sure a tire was properly installed. Its yhe fact that I literally put my life in their hands and was put at risk due to technician error. Fast forward 2 weeks... I havnt had a problem with my 2 new tires with coming off the bead. I hope this exact situation happens to everybody they care about.....
