**WARNING ?? HORRIBLE SERVCE ALERT** 0/10!!!!! Youn don?t have to read my entire complaint. But please,,, trust me! ?? I?ve had the worst experience here that I?ve ever encountered with any company in my life. It all started at the seven Hills location where The manager Nick and technician Ethan told us replacing the fan would fix our overheating problem. The car continued to overheat postcard service so we brought it back and they replaced the fan for free, however, the problem still persisted. After speaking with corporate, they directed us to go to another location affiliated with them so it could be further evaluated. The car overheated again and we had it towed there, PER CORPORATES REQUEST.. (this is Mr. tire on Ridge Road who I will also write a terrible review for). But the manager there the senior store manager Anthony Valentino treated us like shit and told us he wouldn?t work on the car if we called customer service again. He was supposed to diagnose what they overlooked and do the service for free. He charged us $448 or he wouldn?t give the car back. Corporate, still involved, never returned any of my calls. I put in a request for a refund under the circumstances because the original problem was the cooling system, and the current problem is still the cooling system, which Tony claimed to have fixed. THE CAT IS STILL OVERHEATING !!! Basically they overlooked something and are not taking responsibility for it. I?m not a mechanic, and I think being a woman made me an easy target. My request for a refund was DENIED by corporate because, they said that they couldn?t find anything wrong with the car, even though it was documented as over heating. This has been an expensive, extremely disturbing process ?????? I feel like the whole thing is a big joke on us. Please, never use a Monro affiliate, such as ?the tire choice? OR ?Mr. Tire?. Take my word for it so you don?t get completely screwed over ??....

Everything started off fine. I brought wheels in to have the tires dismounted, new tires put on, balanced, and new valve stems. I was called at the job was finished. While loading them up I noticed they weren't balanced, I asked the worker about it and he said the balancer broke 1 hour before I came in. They didn't offer up this information until I noticed the tires hadn't been balanced. They then sent me to their sister location to get them balanced. At that time I noticed I still had my old valve stems on as well. So all they actually did was dismount and mount the tires, they didn't tell me that they didn't balance or change the valve stems. Totally dishonest, tried to get away with it hoping I wouldn't notice. I would avoid the Broadview road Seven Hills location.....
