First time here. I bought a Groupon and still had to pay $20.02 when I never had to at other places where I have purchased a Group for their services. Regardless, I don?t have the Groupon app, I pulled it up via the Groupon website. After the employee marked the Groupon as used, he said he wasn?t used to the new Groupon design and wanted me to bring it up the previous one so that he could slide instead of tapping. I showed him several times that it was marked as redeemed. He eventually moved on, but as I sat waiting for my car, I heard him tell his co-worker (right in front of me, not in another room) that he wasn?t comfortable with what just happened b/c I could easily keep using the Groupon till it expired. I told him I just got a confirmation email that it was redeemed, does he want to see it when he went into a long rant about profit and losses, how technically the Groupon says Monro, and they?re all Monro unless you ask the Monro place next door?yadda yadda yadda. He leaves, comes back, and then announces that my tires look great. I said yes, b/c I get them rotated every time I get my oil changed. He looked defeated like he was hoping I would tell him he didn?t have to rotate my tires even though I already paid for it. Then his co-worker comes in to complain that they can?t find my lug nut key. I tell him where it is and he said, how was I supposed to know, I went through your glove box, center console, trunk, sunglass compartment? First of all, I didn?t realize my usual place put the locks on, but second of all, how about you ask me where it?s at instead of rummaging through my car? Then they proceed to scold me for not having it at the ready for them. Now, mind you, I?m there in my mechanic father?s Snap-On jacket that I inherited when he passed two Chriatmases.
