Unfortunate experience. My husband and I have both been coming here for about 3 years and we usually have a smooth and seamless visit with great experiences each time. This recent time I took my car in for its maintenance oil change and for the first time ever I received a call from the while they had my car stating that my windshield wipers were ?destroyed? and asked if I wanted to have them replaced that day and have my air filter changed as well. I asked how much that would be and the guy on the phone said approximately $280 (he may have said $218) I couldn?t really tell and wasn?t about to ask again. I said NO, because my windshield wipers are not even 1 year old and still have been in excellent condition up until them telling me this info. My husband went and picked up my car once it was done, started driving down the road and tried to clean my windshield, ran out of windshield washer fluid in this moment ($4.99 fee for ?topping off fluids? is on the receipt, and was definitely not done) and one of my windshield wipers flies off the car. My husband went back to the store and as soon as he walked in and said ?we have a problem? the guy working in the shop said ?windshield wipers?? Huh, it?s like they knew that they snapped it off and thought they would convince me to purchase a new one instead of replacing it for free from their own mistake. Also my synthetic oil change costed about $20 more than it always has the past 4-5 times we had gone there. Disappointed as this location is close to our house and convenient.....

Very disappointed with my visit. I had an appointment.when I got here a half hour before my appointment they was closed. I called the answering service told them what happened they scheduled me for a 12p appointment the next day. I get there the next day at 1150am and did not walk out of there until 3p. The fact ppl was walking in for other services without an appointment (how do I know they didn't have a appointment cause the person at the front desk asked in the said NO)was getting put before my vehicle was ridiculous.....
