Made an 11am appointment for back brakes. Was told I also needed a front stabilizer link, that?s fine. 4 hours later, I?m still waiting for my vehicle?. I was told when I made the appointment it would take about an hour. Definitely not coming back.

Very disappointed. Took my car here to be looked over because I had standing water on the floorboards. I was told my heater core was bad and I needed to spend a couple thousand to get it fixed. They then said they would contact me back when they found one of their garages that could do it. I was never contacted again and when I did call, I was given the run around. I got it into my regular mechanic after a month of driving it in the heat with no coolant loss or overheating, just reoccurring standing water. I was told to ac drain was clogged. It was fixed, at no cost, and I was sent happily on my way. Monroe never even looked at my car and I know that because there was no coolant leak whatsoever. This is AFTER giving them a second change when they ZIP TIED my husband's new fuel filter and lines to the old one leaving it hanging down so it ripped back out. DO NOT GO HERE. WORST MECHANICS IN SYRACUSE....
