Absolutely awful. Made an appointment for a state inspection, got a text confirmation, show up, they have no record of my appointment and tell me the state inspector already left and won?t be back until next week. The guy at the front desks only explanation for not having my appointment was ?our call center is terrible. Not sure why it didn?t go through correctly? even though I had a text confirmation. Now my inspection is expired and I?m rushing try to get in somewhere on a Saturday afternoon. Such a joke....

Muffler was loud so I took the car in. Quotes $900 to fix it. They called and said I needed rotors and brakes and a muffler. I had them just do the muffler. 8 hour passes and I call them to check the status. They tell me it?s not fixed and sounds the same and that I need a catalytic converter. I go to pickup my not fixed car and they charge me $1300. After a comment about being quoted $900 they changed the price. So I paid ~$1k for them to replace a muffler that didn?t fix the problem. If I wouldn?t have called for a status update they probably wouldn?t have even called me. Just rotten. I?m dealing with cancer treatment bills piling up and now I spent $1k to not fix my car. 🙁 Not one thank you or one sorry as they brought the car around. Awful.....
