Don is an excellent manager. He answers the phone on the first or second ring. He is always professional and efficient as well as pleasant. He manages the schedule of the store in Saranac lake. y like a machine. There are always appointments available and on many occasions I?ve walked in to ask a question and make an appointment and he gets me in immediately. The guys that work on my car are a true team and they work hard. They know what they are doing. The last visit they changed my oil, seeing that it needed it when I was there to get two snow tires. They also put my registration sticker on for me. They go above and beyond every single time I walk in there and I am always left feeling like I found a secret stash of wonderful. I can?t say enough about these guys and how they have treated me for over 20 years I have had this experience. When I needed big ticket stuff I was able to apply for a credit card and get it paid for on the spot. I?m very thankful to have this garage in our little town and for the men that work there.....
