This place really thought they could legit scam me. What a joke. My car just needs a caliper, rear pads and rotors. Very simple. Told me over $1300!!! Absolutely notttt!? Then said my rotors were on backwards LOL. No.. not possible. Or they wouldn?t go on.. my pads and rotors just got replaced last month and my car passed inspection.!! All it needs is POSSIBLY a caliper. He said the piston was hanging off and wouldn?t go back in and that?s why the caliper needed to be replaced. The caliper might not even be bad!! The piston just needs to go in! Every other shop I spoke too said he was over doubling my Price and ripping me off and that?s sick! And to top it off, My car was there to put 2 tires on? that never got done !!!....

I scheduled online for an oil change and a state inspection for 5pm, which was the earliest I could do after getting out of work. The gentleman (who I assume is the manager) informed me that in the future, they don?t do inspections past 4pm, but that he would be able to do it for me that day. The stores don?t have control over the online scheduling, so they can?t adjust things like that and unfortunately as I went to pick up my vehicle, another couple had scheduled online for the same thing as me for 6:30pm. Thirty minutes before closing with not enough time to take care of it, the manager turned them away and they were very nasty toward him. He stayed calm and polite while he explained about the online system just as he did for me. He told me after the couple left that it would be unfair to the person working with him to have to stay well past their closing time, and I agree with him. Take this as your reminder to be kind to people in service professions. Especially those who work for corporations and may be unable to control certain aspects of their job (like the online scheduling system). A little bit of kindness can go a long way.....
