Tried to give them one last chance after several bad experiences. This time, called on a Sunday as I needed a starter replaced. They said sure no problem, bring it down. It will take about 30 minutes to replace. Once I got it there, they confirmed this was the part that needed replacing but oh wait, we can?t do the work without a managers approval so you have to wait until tomorrow. We were also given a quote of $550 on the phone to replace. Fast forward to Monday, manager comes in and states they can do the work but the price is now $750 as the kid who answered the phone was new and didn?t know what he was talking about (then how about we don?t let the new kid give quotes over the phone). According to the manager, they have to charge a minimum of 2 hours labor even if it?s a 30 minute job- absolute thieves! This is not the first time we have been mislead but it certainly will be the last time!....

This is by far the worst mechanics shop in town do Not bring your car to these people. I went to get alignment and I waited 2 hours for them to do it for the guy to tell me it was a knuckle and his machine was down I took the car to Kia and Walmart had my tires wrapped the day prior and Kia did my control arms neither shop said and will swear under oath they had no problem with this part. We found out that during the alignment process we seen the gentleman under car attempting alignment and we was told two things could happen to do this to the part. Remind you we pulled in no hearing any noises nothing wrong because Kia or Walmart by law wouldn't or couldn't fix nor service or let us pull out the shops like that for liability reasons. They said during alignment the tire rods seized and cause the knuckle to be severely damaged by wrong tools or not doing the steps properly to ensure it was correctly replaced or fix or the metal heating and them not letting it cool and causing the knuckle to seize so with that being said they played it off as he said he was over booked he didn't want to replace nor do any extra work and he also knew he broke it and what it would consist of to repair so people please be careful who you take your car to be fixed at. Now it cost me crazy amounts of money to fix both issues and a alignment. We were told to do a legal suit to monroe because they had to have done it the other departments showed us documents of the walk around and repair check list showing it was absolutely FINE!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE OR COMPANY TO ANYONE NOT EVEN A OIL CHANGE....
