Although the work I needed done got done, I had many issues even once the work was completed. First, I went out to my vehicle and my perfectly running battery was now dead as the lights in my vehicle were left on all night at their shop. Secondly, I asked for a detailed list of work done and I got a four word invoice. No clear explanation of what was done. No listing of parts used although they were over $300 per part. It also said on the invoice that I didn?t want the used parts which I was never asked if I wanted them or not. I left the shop and when I got to my destination the ?no fuse? light came on. They claim the vehicle came in that way when I?m 150% sure that it didn?t, supported by someone who had driven my car that morning before I brought it to the shop. When I told the manager he argued with me that I was wrong :-(. He then miraculously came up with a list of things they diagnosed to the car where he highlighted the ?no fuse? light and he related it to my sunroof which was clear by the way the sun roof button was taped that that should not even have been touched. He finally remedied the situation after much stress in dealing with him. I spent $1k and I would have thought I would have been treated better. Monroe owns tire warehous in hooksett, nh. When I try to call to get tires for my companies fleet. I get some call center outside of the USA. I love the service and prices, seth and Chris are great but not being able to speak to them makes me want to call somewhere else like townfair tire. Please stop outsourcing to outside entities it's ruining your good name!
