Both my husband and I had horrific experiences at the Pittsfield location. Monro installed my husband?s front bumper and light bar without fully screwing anything back in and leaving the wires exposed/dangling. My husband even tipped them on top of the work only to discover they did not reattach the skid plate and when asked about it, the manager laughed and said ?yeah I think it?s gone, guess I owe him one haha.? On to MY vehicle- went to have starter replaced with a starter THEY recommended that I purchase myself. Car broke down and stopped working three days after ?they replaced the starter.?Brought it back in to be told on the FOURTH day of them avoiding my calls that they tried ?3 different starters? and none are working. I ended up bringing it to Jeep for JEEP to tell me they are POSITIVE that Monro NEVER EVEN TOUCHED MY STARTER AT ALL. It was all BS! I had Monro also repair my muffler for Jeep to tell me they did such a bad job that Jeep would have to fix their work. HORRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT GO THERE.....

Michael is a highly competent front desk manager and mechanic. He recommended to me a cheaper part that saved me money off of my repair. He is professional and makes sure to educate the consumer about the repairs that need to be made and what is essential for the safety of your car. Highly recommend!
