UPDATE: due to the negligence of this team i had to get a new car completely. Because they cleared the code it was almost impossible to get it back up and the next time it came on, the damage was done and the car wouldnt even drive. VERY upset with this ??. PLEASE BEWARE the more i read the reviews the more i think its a thing with women where they think they wont notice. ORIGINAL: Went here because the Clinton location told me i needed a new radiator so I figured they were trustworthy. Recently ive had another issue with my car misfiring and jolting. I replaced the MAP sensor on my own and it removed my EPC code but not check engine. Figured id bring it to old saybrook as clinton location closed, and this is one of the only shops that does day of appointments. They had my car for over 5 hours never called me and never even moved my car from the parking spot. All i wanted was the check engine or any other codes to be identified so i could go from there. I finally called in myself because i felt waiting 5 hours for a call back was ridiculous. They told me they ?forgot? to call me and that there was no issues my codes were ?stored? but not active. I picked my car up, was not charged which I would hope not at that point. As soon as I left my car began misfiring and jolting again. Brought it today to a mechanic by my work. Told me my car is misfiring like CRAZY but he cannot diagnose the issue because someone cleared EVERY code from the system and he wont work on a car when he isnt sure of the issue. So i now have to drive my car around intentionally misfiring it in hopes the code will come back up so my car can get fixed. The mechanic told me never go to monro which I was already slightly aware of but i did not think they were THIS untrustworthy. I think they forget some people know a lot and care a lot about their cars.....
