This place is so helpful! I was a walk-in, visiting friends in Connecticut over a holiday weekend. On my drive up from Philly, 4 of my check engine lights came on. They did a test on my whole system to make sure there wasn't a problem with anything the lights were indicating, did a test drive, and returned my car to me. I felt so much better driving the over 100 miles back home knowing that they figured out the problem and took the time to do a test drive too. Even though I just walked in, I was taken care of quickly as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone fortune enough to live in this area or even those passing through who have unexpected car trouble like I did.....

DANGEROUS SERVICE! Stay away. We got 4 new tires and new brakes on our car a few days out of a road trip. We signed ourselves up for a world of hurt, headache, and expense. The technician in New Milford Ct who serviced our car did not secure the brake calipers! We are lucky to be safe, but we are currently stranded since the loose caliper severely damaged our tire rim. We tried to secure a tow using Monroe?s service, but after an hour waiting for a tow truck, we received a message that they couldn?t find anyone and had given up. We were stranded, thankfully at a Chevron gas station and several local folks helped us out by driving to a parts store to buy the missing caliper parts and helping us put the donut on our car so that we could get to a hotel safely. Unfortunately, the rim is absolutely destroyed and we are not able to get another one to continue our journey for Thanksgiving to our daughter?s home. We are right now, attempting to have the damaged rim welded, and the tire put back on the car. Everyone we have encountered has been shocked to see the poor service and dangerous situation caused by Monro. Once we get to our destination, we will need to go to a Toyota dealer for service on the brakes so that we can make it safely home. Monro caused every bit of the trouble we are having on this trip by failing to secure the brake calipers. I encourage you to share this information with everyone you know and stay away from any Monro service center. Hello. Thank you for your response. I would like to request a meeting with the franchisee and the manager to address not only our concerns, but the associated costs of emergency services, loss of a hotel stay, and repair costs associated with your work.....
